商品必須保持未拆封且為原始包裝。已拆封的食品類商品恕不接受退貨或換貨。
如果您的訂單送達時已損壞，請儘速拍下照片並與我們聯繫。
對於因超出我們合理控制範圍的事件（包括物流商延誤或不可抗力事件）而導致的任何延誤、損失或損害，SOLARA 概不負責。

All prices are displayed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). Prices may be updated without prior notice.
We currently deliver within Taiwan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns are accepted within 7 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened food products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos as soon as possible.
SOLARA shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays or force majeure events.
